This lovely four bedroom modern beach house is less than 100 metres from the sand and surf of Boomerang Beach. This is an exceptionally child and pet friendly beach house. The owners have even supplied a porta cot, child booster seat, high chair and a toddler bed to make your holiday less stressful. Off the kitchen which has a dishwasher and microwave we have a large deck with outdoor setting and umbrella for the afternoon entertaining and BBQ's. Off the main bedroom which has a king size bed, built in robes and also austar we have another balcony where you can sit and have your morning coffee and read the newspaper. Austar is also available in the main loungeroom for your convenience. There is also a special bedroom for the children - this has child's bed and port-a-cot.
Downstairs we have 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a king single, the other bedroom has 2 king single beds. Also downstairs we have a TV room, great for the teenage getaway.
This house has a fully fenced back yard - ideal for the family pet and the children, also a hot outdoor shower.
