Situated on a large landscaped block of land this property is an ideal holiday destination. It is very close to Boomer Beach and is only a short walk into the central area of Pt Elliot. It has an open plan living/dining room area which is large and spacious. The kitchen is the first door you come to through the hallway and then this follows on to the bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate shower and bath and then the laundry. The yard is not fenced completely but is quite large. The rear yard is small. Linen is not provided in the rental rate. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.
