Downstairs you will find the second living area, small kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, double garage and lovely backyard area. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom, large lounge room area with gorgeous picture windows to take in the beautiful sea and island views. Large well equipped kitchen dining room. There is also a balcony area at the front of the home accessible from the lounge room which is perfect for entertaining. Great upmarket holiday destination. Linen is not provided in the rental rate. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.
