The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and has access to the front balcony. The second bedroom is located off the living area and has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity with a separate w.c. Downstairs in the rumpus room are the two tri bunks (double bed on the bottom and single beds above), second television and fooze ball/table tennis table. The laundry combines with the second bathroom. Outside entertaining areas are provided at the front and the rear of the property. The rear entertaining deck is large and has a gas barbeque and a webber. The front balcony has seating for four and provides glimpses of the sea. Two street access provides plenty of parking space with enough room to store a boat off the street. Linen is not provided in the rental rate. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.
