The upstairs of the house is an open plan living area furnished in original sixties style, complete with a combustion stove wood fire for cold winter nights. A large, covered and private deck with filtered water views provides a BBQ and additional living area.
Downstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a second, covered, private deck leading into the fenced back garden. Three bedrooms sleep a maximum of six people: 1 queen, 1 double, 2 singles.
The garden provides several quiet corners for relaxation plus an outdoor shower.
The house is just a 100m walk to excellent surf beaches and across the road from Conjola National Park. Expect daily visits from kangaroos and parrots.
The south coast has plenty to offer in addition to unspoilt beaches and beautiful national parks: there are vineyards, restaurants, weekend markets and interesting shops. Bendalong is 20 minutes from historic Milton, 30 minutes from Ulladulla and 40 minutes from Nowra.
For your convenience a general store is located at Bendalong along with Oscars Cafe, there are also tennis and basketball courts located in Manyana.
