Located in the beautiful red rocks area this is a beautifully appointed holiday home. Set on an acre of beautiful gardens this property is on the foreshore with views from almost every room.
There is a track from the garden through the native ti tree to the beach.
The house itself seems like it is all windows.
The main lounge room has a wood fire, leather sofas, a good size flat screen TV and a DVD player, a special feature of the lounge is a glass tiled wall that adds a lovely atmosphere.
The dining table is located in a central sunny spot and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. All the main appliances are stainless steel and there is an espresso machine for your use. The kitchen has gas cooking, a microwave and a dishwasher.
Plenty of salad bowls and platters are provided, perfect for alfresco dining.
There are floor to ceiling windows the full length of this room looking out on to the patio that has a gas bbq and large outdoor setting as well as water views.
A spiral staircase leads up to the second living area again there are magnificent views, a north facing balcony with comfortable seating, a 3/4 size pool table and equipment, a small bar fridge and a ceiling fan. There are numerous books and games for your use.
The master bedroom is amazing with a very special bathroom, and there is a small side deck off the bedroom. Mounted on the wall is a flat screen tv with built in DVD player.
The other three bedrooms are downstairs one of the queen bedrooms having an ensuite and there is also a family bathroom that is lovely and sunny as there is feature wall of glass bricks.
The laundry has a washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board.
Heating and cooling is provided by a split system in each of the living areas, there is also ducted gas heating throughout the home.
The house is set back from the street giving a feeling of space and privacy, there is a double carport and the property is fully fenced.
This is a lovely executive home with many special features.
