Electric cooking in the very well equipped kitchen with a microwave and good size fridge. There is split system heating and cooling in the lounge along with Tv, Dvd and comfortable sofas. There is a good size dining table with seating for 8 people. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs bathroom has shower bath and separate toilet. There is a lovely deck leading off the upstairs lounge. A lovely bright and sunny home. There is no internal staircase. Downstairs there is a kitchenette with sink / fridge and microwave, there is also a shower and toilet. The washing machine iron and ironing board are all downstairs as well as the remaining bedroom that has a older style Tv . The garden is fully fenced and there is a great outdoor setting in the shade of the house.
