The first Living area has a TV and ceiling fan and plenty of seating, walk through to the Huge family Kitchen and you will find the dining table with 8 seats, microwave, built in wine rack and dishwasher. The second lounge area has polished floor boards, TV, DVD/Video Player, Stereo coonara heating, ceiling fan, servery from the kitchen and steps out to the back decking area with seating for 4 and the back yard.
Upstairs you will find the first of five large bedrooms, bedroom one containing a double bed and a ceiling fan, and the second upstairs bedroom has 2 x single beds and a built in robe. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, Bedroom 3 contains 2 x single beds, built in robe, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 is a double bed large bay window overlooking the garden, buit in robe and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 has another 2 x single beds, built in robe and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is located downstairs and has a bath and a separate toilet. Other features of this property include the large fully fenced rear yard, double carport, gas BBQ, plenty of room for the whole family to move and only a 2 minute walk to the water and a 5 minute walk to the general store.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.
