There is an additional bathroom downstairs in the main section of the house doubling as the laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer etc. The property is fully fenced enabling children to play outside safely. The beach is within a few minutes walk down a safe walking track. There is a split system heating and air conditioner in the main living area upstairs, as well as a wood coonara heater (wood provided), additionally there is an electric heater in the bungalow.
