It has a private track through the native ti tree leading to the beach. It is also only a very short stroll to the shops, restaurants and cafes.
The house is lovely inside with north facing windows comfortable lounge room with TV and DVD and split system cooling and heating, the dining table is set in a bay type window with seating for 6.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave.
There are 2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans. There is one bathroom and an extra toilet in the laundry. The laundry has a washing machine iron and ironing board.
Outside the back there is a delightful lawn patio with wind out sun screen cover and a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
