The house has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. There are 2 living areas one with normal size television and the other with a small TV the second lounge is perfect for the kids. The larger lounge has split system heating and cooling.
Well equipped kitchen with gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher there is also a central dining table.
The laundry has washing machine and dryer and ironing facilities.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a bunk and a single bed the other 2 bedrooms have a walkthrough between them the first part has 2 singles and further in there is another queen bed.
The bathroom has bath and shower and a separate toilet.
Set on a huge block with an established garden there is a lovely covered outdoor area with a gas bbq.
A good size home that is lovely and sunny and well presented.
