The main living is upstairs with large windows looking out through the trees and there are sea glimpses.
The top floor has the open plan living / dining and kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. A great centrally positioned dining table. TV and DVD and comfortable sofas.
The lounge is open and sunny with an enclosed wood heater and portable electric heating. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave.
Two of the bedrooms are connected with one of the queens accessed through the room that has the single bed in it.
downstairs has a great second living area with a TV and DVD, sofas and a second dining table this area has split system heating and cooling. The kids room with the bunk and single is downstairs and there is a combined laundry and bathroom. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are large sliding doors opening out to the outdoor entertaining deck which has a gas bbq and outdoor setting and into the fully fenced back yard which has large trees a swing set and a nice grassy area. The back garden is fully fenced
The water is only a few metres walk from the house there is a track that leads through the mangroves where there is abundant birdlife and you can walk to the beach depending on the tides.
A lovely and comfortable holiday home nestled in a very quiet area only minutes drive to Rhyll shop and restaurants.
