This lovely property boasts stunning views of Ventnor beach from a huge deck and only a short walk to the beach access.
the main living area is upstairs with open plan living dining and kitchen, the dining table being a central feature, there are amazing water views and a great deck leading off the living area. The lounge has a flat screen TV and DVD and comfortable sofas, there is also a split system heating and cooling unit in the upstairs living area, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with eclectic cooking, dishwasher and a microwave. There are lots of salad bowls and platters perfect for alfresco dining on the elevated deck. There is a large outdoor setting and a gas BBQ on the deck a perfect spot to sit and watch the ships pass through the bay. The laundry is upstairs European Style with a washing machine dryer iron and ironing board.
Downstairs has a second living area with sofas and another flat screen TV and DVD. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs and the second bathroom.
