You are so close to the water you get a glimpse of it through the trees from the upstairs balcony. The home has been set up with a family in mind and has a large fully fenced backyard, a large bedroom downstairs has a lounge area, TV and a Tri-bunk so the kids can have their own space and there is table tennis in the garage to keep them entertained when the weather is cooler. Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 more Tri-bunks, all rooms have pedestal fans for your comfort. The lounge is complete with a coonara wood fired heater, gas heater and pedestal fan, there is plenty of seating plus a TV, DVD player and stereo. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave. The main bathroom is upstairs and includes a bath, whilst there is a second toilet downstairs for convenience. A large, covered entertaining area at the back provides an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There is plenty of undercover parking including a single lock up garage and double carport. A boat would be easy to park and the boat ramp is a 1 minute drive away. The home is in quiet area but is only 20 minutes walk from the main street of Cowes, a general store is just around the corner. This home allows pets but they must be kept outside at all times.
