This holiday home is absolutely beautiful it is located opposite Cowes Foreshore and the Cowes Yacht Club, opposite the beach and walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants.
The views are amazing. The entrance to the home is via Shirley Court but the house fronts on to The Esplanade.
Inside it has had an amazing makeover and it is a lovely house to spend time in.
The main living is open plan with huge north facing windows, there is a flat screen TV and DVD and comfortable sofas, as well as a good size dining table.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking a microwave and dishwasher. The house is heated and cooled by a reverse cycle ceiling unit.
The main bedroom has great views and its own split system, one of the other 2 bedrooms also has a split system. There are 2 bathrooms the main one being inside and the second one is accessed from outside the back deck.
The laundry is inside the house and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board
There is a fantastic North facing deck that runs along the full length of the house it faces the beach.
One end of the deck has a covered entertaining area that has a good size gas bbq and outdoor setting. There is also a fridge in the entertaining area.
This is a great house to use for the Grand Prix event, walking distance to the action in the main street and the Island Shuttle
