On the downstairs level there is also a combined laundry and bathroom with a shower and clothes dryer. The wide staircase will lead you upstairs combining - Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed and Built in robes, Bedroom 4 with 2 more sets of bunk beds, sofa bed, reverse cycle and built in robes.
The main bathroom is on the upper floor with a double shower and large vanity. The Large and open Kitchen, Living a Dining room has a reverse cycle, microwave, large fridge and a breakfast bench featuring 4 bar stools and the dining room seats 8. The Lounge area has a gas log fire, DVD player and a 42 flat screen TV. The undercover veranda provides for a dining setting also seating 8 and a large gas BBQ overlooking the water.
