The main living dining and kitchen is on the top level and bathrooms and bedrooms in the lower part.
The open plan living area is lovely an sunny with a great deck leading off the lounge. The lounge has flat screen TV and DVD with comfortable sofas including 2 beautiful leather recliner chairs. There is a large coonara fire in the lounge as well as a split system for heating and cooling.
The kitchen has electric cooking and microwave and is well appointed with all utensils pots and pans, salad bowls platters etc.
The 3 bedrooms are on the mid level with an ensuite to the main bedroom as well as a family bathroom. All beds have electric blankets.
The laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is a gorgeous flat built in on the ground floor with wall mounted flat screen TV and 2 recliner chairs, there is a sofa bed in this living area if required. The flat has one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen in the flat has a hotplate and a benchtop toaster/griller. A small fridge and electric heating. There is a 2nd washing machine in this downstairs flat.
