Located in Smiths Beach this split level holiday home is very well presented with the added feature of a parents retreat and ensuite off the main bedroom with sliding doors leading out onto a back deck, looking out at the back garden and farm behind the property.
The main living is open plan with the dining and kitchen and a great deck off the lounge. The lounge is on the upper level with flat screen TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas including a couple of recliner chairs, there is a large square dining table with seating for 8, a koonara wood fire and an air conditioner. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking a microwave and dishwasher. there are plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for summer BBQ,s. The elevated deck is accessed from sliding glass doors off the lounge and it has a gas BBQ and large outdoor setting. There are lots of games and DVD's provided for use.
Down a few stairs are the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom, there is a spa in the bathroom. The main bedroom has the added feature of recliner chairs, wall mounted TV and DVD player, a kettle and a bar fridge, the sliding doors off the bedroom open out on to a small deck and the fully fenced garden. the main bedroom has a large ensuite. All bedrooms have portable electric heating and portable fans. The master bedroom has its own split system unit. The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Tenants are required to supply their own linen for the duration of their stay sheets towels and pillow cases.
