Known as the tree house this home is nestled into a lovely treed area on the Smith Beach foreshore, the kids will love spotting the possums, rabbits and sometimes koalas. Everything is nearby, only a 3 minute walk to the local store and surf shop, 5 minute drive to Cowes and 10 minute drive from the Penguins. This is a holiday that everyone will enjoy.
