This fantastic double storey holiday home caters incredibly well for a the family getaway at Smiths Beach. Great house which features: 2 living areas, with 46" TV, DVD downstairs. R/C DVD, dining for 6, and a kitchen is well equipped including microwave upstairs. Great deck BBQ outdoor setting. Just a short stroll to the Smiths beach store and patrolled surf beach. This house has lovely views, over Smiths Beach. Upstairs there are 1 bedroom bathroom. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry and lounge area. There is a double carport and single garage.
