There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the main family bathroom having a bath as well as a shower. The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is an extra fridge in the laundry.
There are portable electric heaters and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom.
The back yard is a good size and the block is fully fenced with an undercover BBQ shelter with an outdoor setting and the owners leave a couple of bikes there for guests to use. A great addition is the outdoor shower.
