Great house for big or extended family, plenty of room. Excellent facilities and well presented. Very close to family friendly and safe beach. Has a few stairs which would not be ideal for the ederly. Good off street parking for cars and boats available however the gardens are very over grown which makes it very difficult to get vehicles / boats in. Would not hesitate to return if the vegetation was cut back a bit.

ABERDEEN HOUSE Comfortably sleeps up to ten people Situated in the Red Rocks area of Cowes A spacious four bedroom holiday beach house on three levels with barbecue facilities and ample on site car and boat parking Nearby is the safe and family friendly Red Rocks Beach.

The nightly world famous penguin parade takes place a short drive away Several popular surf beaches can be reached in just a few minutes and it’s a 5 minute drive into central Cowes which has a good selection of cafes and restaurants and the usual shops and amenities.

Children’s summer entertainment includes a waterslide park, a wildlife sanctuary, pedallos at the main beach and many other attractions.

There is something for everyone to do at Phillip Island from taking a sightseeing tour on the back of a Harley Davidson, to playing a round of golf, taking a boat trip to visit Seal Rocks with it’s thousands of resident seals or simply relaxing.

The House

The master bedroom retreat occupies all of the ground floor and contains a luxurious king sized bed a TV/DVD, a very large spa bath, a walk in robe and a twin shower en suite bathroom A small separate sitting room completes this section.

The middle level has three further bedrooms, a family bathroom, separate toilet and fully equipped laundry with a large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

On the top level are the open plan full sized kitchen, dining and living areas with TV, DVD and CD player An outdoor deck provides a nice view of the sunset sky and glimpses of Westernport Bay through the treetops Caramello the neighbourhood koala can sometimes be seen in the tall gum tree in front of the house.
