My stay at Gundalee was one of the most enjoyable times I've ever had. The views from the back porch were stunning, even the storm that rolled in over the mountain behind to deliver the loudest thinderclaps I've ever heard! Wonderful hospitality and everything provided. Freshly baked loaf was delicious. Quality accommodation in a beautiful setting, at very affordable cost. I'll definitely be back and will stay longer next time! Thank you Gunther and Leonie.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Gundalee Cottage. Set in a delightful valley with views to the mountains, a cosy combustion fire, absolutely everything you need in the cottage, comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast provided (to self cook), we had a wonderful stay. Our host was very welcoming, but never intrusive, and he made sure we were well set up for our 2 night stay.

The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable. Even offered to drop us off and pick us up after tea in town. The cottages are clean and tidy with everything available including large deep spa. We had a lovely time out in the vine yard surrounds, very romantic. A little way out of town but not an issue with a car.

The Place is extremely great value for money. Privet and beautiful. The photos don't do it any Justis. Will be recommending it to others.
