There is a queen bedroom dressed with beautiful linen, with a spa bathroom and separate toilet.

The spacious lounge has a gas log fire, TV with DVD and CD and comfortable sofas. A Persian rug presents a splash of colour on the polished timber floors. The dining and sun rooms (with a view) open onto a private garden where a gas BBQ provides al fresco dining. The sunroom (with its own bathroom with a claw-foot bath) has a sofa bed for a second couple.

The timber kitchen is equipped with every device to enable you to indulge your culinary inclinations, but there are marvellous restaurants, eateries and take-away venues, from budget to extravagant, a short drive away in Leura or Wentworth Falls to tempt you to spoil yourselves.

We have many species of birds living in the garden and adjacent National Park.

If you're feeling energetic, there are leisurely or invigorating walks close by. Plan a walk or drive to nearby scenic delights like the Gordon Falls or simply do what appeals on the spur of the moment.
Bring a book, your favourite DVD or CD and enjoy the ambience and the view.

Sunrise and sunset views are spectacular at times, and very variable, depending on the weather.
