The sound system includes radio, CD ,and DVD players. Great BBQ area complete with outdoor setting. Suitable for day or night time use and of couse those fantastic views without the wind. The sound system has extention speakers on the sun deck.

If you enjoy cooking you are going to love The Penthouse. For a start there is the view, perhaps start with a seafood entree. Top of the range appliances are available for you to enjoy plus a few favourite cook books. Secondly notice all the lovely granite bench area to spread out your creations. The Penthouse has three bedrooms, with one queen size bed, one Kingsize bed and two singles that can be zipped together to make a kingsize bed. The Mattresses are hand made in Warrnambool and have a soft wool top ensuring a perfect nights sleep. Bedroom one has its own ensuite, and bedroom 2 & 3 share a separate shower and toilet.
