The building displays the elegance of its rich past with tall 12ft ceilings, fine furnishings and decorated in grand style, close to wineries and opposite the Rose Garden. The Residence has an elegant lounge with large open fire, polished floors, leadlight windows, and a gorgeous master bedroom with electric blanket, and luxurious ensuite featuring a large Oval Spa bath for 2, ceiling shower and a spacious glass framed shower. providing modern kitchen facilities, r/c air conditioning, babeque, outdoor setting, veranda, LCD TV, DVD and CD units and free hire in-house DVDs.

Quality guest amenities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

Residence has a double sofa bed in the lounge and can accommodate groups of up to 4.
Rate displayed is for one couple using one bedroom. Extra guest is $85/adult/night; children 3-12 $50/child/night, 0-2 $25/child/night with access to porta cot payable at the time of booking.

Minimum two night stay on weekends, three night stay on long weekends.

Residence can be booked jointly with the Willows to accommodate your groups of family & freinds of 8-10 persons.

COMPEMENTARY PROVISIONS (2 NIGHTS STAY OR MORE):
A bottle of Estate's Six Gates wine, a decanter of port, welcoming afternoon tea and bedside chocolates on arrival. Provisions for self catering cooked breakfast for the duration of stay including: eggs, gourmet bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, orange juice, low fat milk, fresh local bread, jams, butter, cereals, plunger coffee, instant coffee, fine assortment of teas and biscuits.

COMPEMENTARY PROVISIONS (1 NIGHT STAY):
