Multi Award Winning Hide-Away Cottage Retreat, is nestled in rolling hills only eight kilometres south of Burnie, is a great place to recharge your batteries without busting your bank account! This delightful, two storey country cottage with spa bath, is cosy, fully self contained and set amongst trees on a two hectare woodland/rural acreage. It has all the rustic appeal of a hand hewn cottage but is thoroughly modern and comfortable on the inside.A generous sized varandah, around two sides of the cottage, enables you to enjoy the extended evenings in peace and comfort.Some days you may want to sit around the fire, take a spa or read a book, watch a DVD or listen to soothing music. A selection of DVDs suitable for both children and adults are provided. On days when you are feeling a bit more adventurous, you might want to head one hour further up the trail to internationally renowned Cradle Mountain.You can bring your whole family here. In terms of beds, there's a comfortable master bedroom with queen size, firm bed, a twin share and a double sofa bed plus child cot in the upsatirs lounge.Quality bedding and linen is provided.

There is playground equipment and outdoor games provided for your children and sheep may be hand fed by children (and adults) at feeding times.
