Ellie's Spa Cottage is a romantic 1 bedroom B & B, situated right in the heart of Stanley, yet privately located just off the main street with private off street car park.
The Spa Cottage has a delightfully decorated bedroom with queen size bed, which has a deep cushioned mattress, quality linen, soft blankets, doona, pillows and electric blanket to ensure our guests a wonderfully restful night.
The large bathroom is a real feature, showcasing Tasmanian timbers and a double corner hydrotherapy massage spa for the ultimate spa experience.
The well equipped kitchenette, dining and lounge areas also feature Tasmanian Blackwood timbers, with polished floorboards and leather recliner chairs. There is a flat screen television, VCR, DVD player with a range of DVD's, books, magazines, a deck of playing cards and complimentary port and Tasmanian chocolates for our guests enjoyment.
Skylights and an olde style electric log heater add warmth and charm.
Continental breakfast provisions, quality towels and linen provided, as well as a selection of toiletries and candles.
The owners of Ellie's Cottages, also own Ye Olde chocolate Shoppe and the Swingin' Anchor Cafe, specialising in Tasmanian produce and Tasmanian made lollies, chocolates and icecream. The Cafe is famous for our House baked Tasmanian Scallop Pies.
There are many things to see and do in and around Stanley, with wildlife in abundance, seal cruises, Tarkine forest tours, historic buildings, falls and river cruises to name a few.
