(For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the terms "guest" "client" "tenant" are synonymous with the people who have agreed to pay for accommodation at Novovilla Maroochydore.)

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit (non refundable see condition below) of 20% of total rate quoted or 1 day's rate whichever is the greater is required to secure the booking of all stays.

Minimum stay is for two (2) days.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full on arrival.

Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian dollars net of any bank or other transaction charges.

If the client cancels the booking, money paid is not refundable unless the villa is re-let for the entire period of the booking. A cancellation fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the deposit paid if the villa is re-let for the entire period of the booking.

To maintain a high standard for our guests' comfort, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate the goodwill and respect that most guests bring to our property, and to preserve this we state the following conditions:

•Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the confirmation of the booking or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

•Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in additional payments'

•Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Compensation from the tenants will be required.

•Items left behind will only be returned upon specific request. COD postage will apply.

•The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
