Our rooms are primarily designed for couples seeking some tranquil indulgence. They ALL have stunning ocean views with extensive floor-to-ceiling window area to fully appreciate them and are stylishly finished.

Each room contains a queensize bed, sofa, tv, dvd, cd player, has an ensuite bathroom with twin spa, private balcony and basic kitchenette (excluding Eastside studio).

• We are a strictly NON SMOKING household.
• Pets welcome by prior arrangement - see below for particulars.
• Two horses and a dog reside here and share our ten acres with koalas,
wallabies and an abundant array of birdlife.
• Whale-watching is possible June-October. Dolphins and seals may be seen year round.
• Shared barbeque facilities available.
• Host can speak German.
• Check-in may be anytime after 2pm, Check-out is by 11am.

We are 14kms east of Apollo Bay which means we are extremely central to most local attractions. Most waterfalls are within 35mins driving time, the closest are approx 8mins. There are several wineries in the hinterland within an hours drive and the 12 Apostles are approx 1.5hrs away.

Secluded beaches are to be found at the base of our road and Apollo Bay which is only 15mins away, also offers all the cosmopolitan delights such as excellent cafes, restaurants and interesting shops.

Pet Friendly Details
We welcome (by prior arrangement only) all well behaved and quiet dogs on an outside-only basis but can allow house-trained, non-hair-shedding varieties to come inside if necessary. We can provide a kennel and day-bed for your four-legged friend however all other items including bedding are the dog owner's responsibility.
Dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding that we provide and must not be left unattended at any time although arrangements may be made with prior consultation.
