Silver Sands is in a great location opposite a walkway to the beach. The apartments are very clean and well equiped if you wish to cook rather than eat out. If you eat out there are some good restaurants a block and a half away, especially a great Italian restaurant called "Santini's". As other reviews have stated, these apartments are like a home away from home. The management can also arrange tour bookings if required. I would definitely stay there again.

We Stayed at the Silver Sands in April and must say that they are some of the cleanest and best units we have stayed in on the East coast of Queensland. Excellent beach, fishing and swimming pool. A great bar-b-que area and the managers were very nice. We will stay again. We would giveor unit an 8 star rating.

Apartments were great - they actually looked the same as they did on the website which was a nice surprise - good sized bedrooms, nice furniture. Great location and facilities. We would definitely stay there again as they were great value, and the pool was a decent size compared to the other places we saw on the esplanade.

Silver Sands was perfect for us as a young family. The price was unbeatable and the self contained 2bd unit was comfortable with anything you could need supplied. It is in a great location right across from the beach and close to everything. Thanks for a terrific stay!!
