Botanica offers you an opportunity to leave the city and stress behind. Botanica is a private, three-queen bed roomed suite in an established farm house overlooking the National Park at Flinders. The entrance hall breakfast room, sitting room and queen size bedroom all look onto your own large established garden with rolling lawns.

The sitting room has a TV and CD player, breakfast, tea & coffee making facilities and a bar fridge for your Mornington Peninsula wine and produce. A continental style breakfast with homemade jams juice, a choice of teas and coffee is provided. A cooked farmhouse breakfast can be arranged at the time of booking.

To sooth away the weeks cares you can have a hot tub/spa under the stars. We also have our own qualified masseur. You can laze in the privacy of your suite or in the garden with a glass of the local fizz, chilled for your arrival or, get involved with all the activity of the farm.

Pet Friendly: Your dog's bedding/food is provided. You are welcome to have your dog inside with you if well house trained. Note that your pets are not to sleep in or on beds. Outside, your dog must be under strict voice or lead control. 52 acres of exercise area.

Farm Companions: Roaming over fifty acres are chooks; a solar power alarm clock, George the rooster; geese and ducks; 2 bulls, Boris and Black Douglas II; and, 34 Chianina (Tuscan) cows and their calves. There are also 2 Dachshunds (Spud & Girl).
