The house is situated within walking distance of playgrounds, lake and landscaped parks. It is also close to the bus stop which will take you to Clarkson Train Station and from there it is only a few minutes to Joondalup City Centre, or stay on the train and go into Perth City Centre, or Freemantle.
Mindarie Keys Marina is minutes away where you can enjoy a good meal in relaxing surroundings over looking the Indian Ocean.

Accommodation
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and the other 2 bedrooms each have bunk beds. A cot is available upon request along with high chair and stroller at no extra cost.
The house is complete with all linen, washing machine, refrigerator, tv, dvd, cd player, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
There are plenty of toys and games to keep the children amused while you enjoy a cool drink under the all weather pergola and get the bbq going.
If you decide to eat out there are several good restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive from the house, for example in Mindarie (5minutes away) you will find The Hogs Breath Cafe, The Boat Pub which has fantastic Fish and Chips, and The Indian Ocean Brewing Co.
In Clarkson which is less than 5 minutes away by car you will find the newly opened Whale and Ale pub which does great food and The Masala Indian Restaurant.
