Ideally located close to the Tyrone foreshore close to the Rye/Blairgowrie border, a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk to the beach. As well as all the amenities of Rye, it is also close to Blairgowrie and Sorrento.

There are plenty of safe beaches for the kids, wonderful surf beaches, golf courses, cafes and restaurants within minutes drive !

Situated near the Blairgowrie border, it is only a short trip to the Blairgowrie shops with all that you need including a supermarket, deli, bottle shop, newsagent and coffee shops. Sorrento is only a further few kms past Blairgowrie where you can enjoy more coffee shops, restuarants and shops.
