This very quaint, stylish cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 couples, or small families.

The house is beautifully appointed with a cosy living area, slow combustion fire, comfy chairs and a stylish over-sized lounge, complete with DVD library and all you need for an entertaining night in.

The kitchen is complete with black granite bench tops, breakfast bar, beautifully custom built cupboards painted in a rich cream and fully equipped for any creative cooking feast.

The kitchen spills out through french doors onto the deck and outdoor eating area where you will find the built in large BBQ surrounded by fabulous ironstone rock walls, the evenings are glorious on the deck and the stars are bright.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed and is themed in cream and black, crisp white sheets and pillows, exquisite black chandelier and lovely black and white toille long drapes and blinds.

Bedroom 2 is accessed through a gorgeous set of french doors, has a double bed, crisp white linen, a pale pink and cream toille theme. Hanging space, and electric blankets are provided in both rooms.

The bathroom is comfortably large with a rectangular shaped spa big enough for 2 and very deep, Sanctum organic amenities supplied. Washing machine, dryer and hair dryer for your use.

An easy walk to the main street of Katoomba, famous award winning restaurants such as Solitary ,The Three Sisters, Lurline Street Art Galleries and all that the mountains has to offer at your doorstep.

The cottage is located conveniently between the main shopping street and the 3 Sisters, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Sisters and only 5 minutes to town. Just park your car in the driveway and forget about it all weekend if you wish.
