Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas is a family owned and operated business situated in the Margaret River Wine Region, providing quality Margaret River accommodation on 150 acres of lush farmland bordering National Park land and Yallingup's picturesque Smiths Beach.

Th 15 rammed earth villas are in 3 rows of 5, terraced on a hillside with extensive native gardens and large grassed area in front of each row.The complex has been designed to give each villa breathtaking views over Smiths Beach and on to Cape Naturaliste. With a northern aspect, each villa has a spacious living area, which opens onto a large private balcony overlooking Smiths Beach. The living area is equipped with colour television, DVD, gas heating and ceiling fans and is tastefully decorated with cane furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, and all crockery and cutlery requirements.

All villas have two bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The main bedroom takes advantage of the outstanding views, and has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom can sleep 4 people, with a set of bunks, a single bed, and a trundle bed. All linen, blankets, towels, pillows and doonas are provided in your villa.

From the villas you have easy access to the beach. Surfers will know that the shore and reef breaks at Smiths beach are known for their consistency. The world renowned reef breaks of Margaret River and Yallingup are also close at hand.Beach fishing is popular during the autumn months when the salmon are plentiful along the coast.
The Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin walk trail is also at your door step - a fascinating and exciting way to see this truly beautiful and rugged coastline. A vast array of caves, wineries, restaurants, and art galleries of the Yallingup and Margaret River regions are only a short distance away.
