Bed and breakfast accommodation is offered in three luxury suites, each with private access from the verandahs surrounding the homestead. In-room tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is plenty of room to relax in the comfortable guest lounge.
Guests may touch and feed a variety of animals and view the farm museum, as well as a photographic orchid and wildflower display.
Tariff includes a full cooked breakfast, prepared and served by your hostess Doreen. Evening meals are available by prior arrangement, although it is only a ten minute drive into Kojonup where there are a number of food outlets for you to choose from.
Kemminup Farm is a working sheep and cereal cropping property where there is always something happening. Children and adults alike delight in meeting the friendly farm and native animals.
Just down the road in Kojonup you will find the new Kodja Place interpretive centre, which celebrates the development of the area before and after European settlement. Adjacent to the centre is the Rose Maze, filled with Australian roses.
The South West and Great Southern regions offer relaxed motoring through rolling farmlands, vineyard country, towering forests and historic towns. With an excellent network of roads and tourist information centres, navigating your way around is simple and fun.
Kemminup Farm is ideally located for a stopover between Perth and the south coast or for a few days peaceful break to recharge your batteries.
