Sages’ Haus B&B is offering competitive rates throughout the year. If you come to the Snowy Mountains for skiing, fishing, bushwalking, or just having a relaxing time, and you may have a special requirement, such as early breakfasts, small group bookings, perhaps for a meeting, or just to relax, please do not hesitate to contact us with your request.

To secure your booking, please make your 50% deposit payment within 2 days in Winter & 5 days throughout the rest of the year, after your accommodation inquiry has been confirmed. If the required deposit is not received within the required time, there is no booking. The remaining not negotiable balance is payable on arrival in cash, money order, or by Credit Card (VISA, Master, Bankcard).


Our Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your booking with 14 full calendar days or more notice, (all year around) you will receive a complete refund, less $ 50.00 cancellation fee regardless of the length of your booking. FOR LESS THAN 14 DAYS NOTICE THERE IS NO REFUND. Please note that all cancellations must be sent in writing (see on the bottom of your 'Booking Confirmation Letter').
