Ascot house was purpose built with couples in mind. It is one of the rare house's for rent where every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The house will be booked by you in its entirity - there is no need to share space with strangers - just you and your partner and maybe some of your other friends as well.

Rated Four Star by the RAC, Ascot House has everything you need for a short break in beautiful Bridgetown. The kitchen is of semi-commercial quality and is fully equipped. The house has ducted heating and cooling, TV/DVD, book and games library, an acre of lovely gardens with fish ponds and secluded spots where you can rest and read or gaze at the view across the Blackwood Valley. All you need bring are clothes, food and be ready to relax.

A unique feature of the house (built in 1996) is the glass atrium dining area. Set three metres from ground level, it affords wonderful day and night time views overlooking the valley, where the Blackwood River meanders its way into Bridgetown through the hills from Boyup Brook.

When it is finally time to retire, you will really appreciate the peace and serenity of our location. The only sounds you are likely to hear are those of birds, nudging you awake in the morning.

The tariff varies depending on the number of guests and rooms occupied, the duration of stay and the time of year.
A few examples of the standard tariffs are:
One couple for two nights $500; $600 for three nights or $900 for a week
Four couples for two nights $900, for three nights $1200, or $1800 for a week.
There is a minimum two night booking condition.
