This lovely waterfront property overlooking Easts Beach, Kiama is the perfect location to relax and unwind for that short break, weekend away or family vacation.
Mariners Way has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets and can comfortably sleep up to a maximum of eight people. Upstairs there is 1 queen with ensuite & spa, & downstairs there is 1 queen, 2 singles and a double sofa-bed.
This property has been fully refurnished and equipped by the new owners in August, 2009 and now provides all linen and towels (excl. beach towels).
A fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher.
The dining area (with 8 seater table) adjoins the lounge room and balcony, all with panoramic ocean views. There is a 42” Plasma TV, DVD and mini-stereo system with ipod connectivity.
A PS2, second TV and DVD are located downstairs which also makes a great kids retreat.
There are ceiling fans, laundry facilities, a gas BBQ and outdoor setting with ocean views.
There’s even Foosball & Table Tennis in the double garage.
Mariners Way is just 90 minutes south of Sydney on the picturesque NSW South Coast and offers its guests direct access to Easts Beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and fishing.
Scenic coastal headland walks are right at your door and for the more active there’s plenty of space to kick a ball or run around on the reserve below.
If you can tear yourself away from Easts Beach, the local area also offers a variety of Golf, Tennis Bowling and Recreational clubs and there are some wonderful scenic drives and attractions such as Jamberoo Action Park, the spectacular Minnamurra Falls and historical Berry all 15-25 minutes away, or Gerroa, Gerringong & Werri Beach a leisurely 10 minutes south.
Mariners Way is just perfect for a 2 to 3 night stay or for a week or more to totally relax.
It is also available for longer term executive rental by arrangement.
