Section 2: Separate living room with entry foyer, open fire, separate bathroom with queen size bed, separate dining room with kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Slate bathroom with hydro therapy spa, and private fernery.

Section 3: This is the main part of the house, comprising full kitchen, smeg appliances, stainless steel dishwasher, ceaserstone benchtops, lounge room with leather lounges, mahogany dining table and gas fire. Bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with spa bath. Very spacious rear deck with several seating arrangements with access to garden.
Mezzanine Level: Double bed, single bed and 4 futon beds.
