House offers 3.5 bathrooms, separate TV room for the kids, Pay TV, their own bunkroom that sleeps 4, huge balconey with BBQ, outdoor dining area and terrfic views.

Feautures include spa bath, modern airconditioned kitchen/ dining area for 12 people, 2 fridges for all the food & drinks, clothes dryer and lots more.

Off street parking for 3-4 cars and the boat (boat ramp only 100m away)

Surf beaches & Golf Course are both close by.

Two local clubs for meals, cafes, butcher, baker, general store, bottleshop - Smiths Lakes has it all except the traffic.

Door gates,a high chair and cot for the toddlers and babies.

Sleeping 10 people comfortably in 3 queen beds & 4 bunks (but we can manage 12 people in need with 1 double sofa).

Rear yard offers a great place for the kids to play on the grass and you can enjoy a BBQ there as well as on the balconey with our 2nd BBQ and outdoor setting for meals.

• airconditioning is located only on top level of the house where kitchen,dining, TV area is located. The bottom floor has fans in the double bedrooms.
