Constructed as recently as 2000, Butlers Bend Holiday Villas are of a contemporary design and reflect a relaxed combination of seaside and country living. Spacious, modern and set thoughtfully apart, the Villas offers a superb outlook over the neighbouring Valley & Creek and are host to a bounty of Australian bird life. With the Great Southern Ocean so close that you can hear the waves crashing onto the beach, Butlers Bend boasts an enviable escape from the stress and pressure of urban living and work.

A large open living area allows guests to sit back on comfy sofas and enjoy the coziness and warmth of a wood fire in winter, or a gentle cooling breeze coming off the ocean and adjacent waterway in summer. Television, VCR and CD Player are provided for your entertainment. At the end of the day an inviting 2 person spa beckons you, along with all the other bathroom facilities you require.

Our kitchen with its lofted ceiling is central to each Villa and is a chefs delight, with modern electric stove and hotplates, dishwasher and microwave.

Internal windows and blinds to both bedrooms (One Queen Size and Two Singles - which can be converted to a King) allow for an early start to the day as the sun streams through the louvered windows of the central lightwell, or for the those who enjoy that morning "lie in", simply draw the shades and awake when you're ready.

Other facilities our Villas offer include a large westerly facing sundeck with outdoor table and chairs - a great spot to relax with a cool drink and watch the sun go down. A rear courtyard with BBQ facilities - great for outdoor dining and entertaining, and while we prefer not to associate work with a stay at Butlers Bend, a compact laundry incorporating Washing Machine, Dryer, Wash Trough, Hanging Rack, Ironing Board and Iron are available.

Butlers Bend Holiday Villas are fully self contained -all you need to bring is your own food, clothes, beach gear and a desire to relax and enjoy yourself.
