We have a large, recently renovated home offering 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are large and roomy with clock/radios, full length mirrors and spacious wardrobes, with quality sheets on the beds. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, also a separate toilet, making the accommodation ideal for singles, a couple or two couples travelling together, as well as a family. There is no sharing facilities with strangers!

There is a large living room for your private use with a bar fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, TV, DVD, stereo, playstation, board games, magazines, iron/ironing board. There is ducted heating and cooling to all rooms. Enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast, with complimentary cake and chocolates on arrival.

We are a 2 minute drive from Frankston's large shopping precinct, award-winning beach, cinemas and many varied restaurants. We have 3 golf courses just around the corner (2 private and 1 public golf course).
