Island Court has 10 fully self-contained units for you to choose from. Our units 1 to 5 face a fenced-in area with a playground, which gives families with children excellent security, and a barbecue area for all unit guests to use.
Our units are very well suited for couples travelling together: all units have at least one queen-size and one double bed.
We are a family-oriented couple and as parents of young children ourselves, we understand the needs and requirements of families on holidays. We have set up one section of our 10 units especially for families with children: the facilities include a play area protected by a fence with child-proof latches, play equipment, indoor toys, games, etc.
If it is raining or if it is too cold to play outside, there are board games and a range of toys to keep them occupied. For the younger kids, we provide toddler equipment, eg cots, prams, a high chair, and play equipment.
Not forgetting our adult friends, we have set up another section of our units especially for couples and friends travelling together. Some have queen-size beds and others have both queen-size and single beds. We also have board games and fishing equipment for those wanting to dabble a line or two.

An outdoor barbecue area and seating.
A fish-cleaning table outside, so that you keep your unit fresh.
Fishing rods on request, so you do not need to bring them with you to KI.
Picnic gear on request, including a thermos, plastic plates and cutlery.
Off-street parking for vehicles and boats.
Transfers from and to Kingscote Airport, if it is arranged in advance for a small fee.
A delicious Breakfast Basket, containing cereal, bread, jams or vegemite, yoghurt, margarine, orange juice, tea, coffee, and sugar. But you will have to order it in advance.
