Austria Haus is located in Jindabyne the gateway to the Snowy Mountains. With only 30 minutes easy drive to the skifields of Thredbo or Perisher or 15 minutes to the Skitube Terminal at Bullocks Flat this house is the perfect holiday destination for the large family, 2 families or group. Situated on a large residential block it will give the kids plenty of room for a game of football or backyard cricket.

The Snowy Mountains area offers all year round activities for everyone. Winter it is famous for skiing and snowboarding, in summer you can enjoy bushwalking, mountainbiking or waterskiing and wakeboarding at the beautiful Lake Jindabyne.

5 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people, a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for everyone, a fully equipped kitchen inc 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, an oven, breakfast bar and comfortable dining area make this home the complete package.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds.
Bedroom 3: King Zip that can be made up as 2 Single beds or a King bed.
Bedroom 4: King Zip that can be made up as 2 Single beds or a King bed.
Bedroom 5: 2 Single Beds.

The house also features 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, 1 with a corner spa and a shower and the other with one a standard bath and a shower.

The large Laundry is equipped with a drying cupboard, a washing machine and a drier to ensure all wet clothes are ready for the next ski day.

A large comfortable living room offers plenty of seating for everyone whilst you can enjoy your favourite show on a flat screen TV with home theatre and DVD player.

Bring your own DVD's or select your evening entertainment from the large DVD library available. Not one for watching TV? There also board games available to enjoy.

The outdoor area has a new outdoor setting and gas barbecue. If anyone still has energy to burn after an adventurous day in the mountains a soccer ball, football or cricket set is also provided.

Austria Haus is pet friendly. The backyard is fully fenced and we also provide a kennel, Food and water bowls. Please bring you own bedding. Pets are allowed inside, but please keep them off the furniture. The bedrooms are a no go zone.
