The river-views are nothing short of amazing and you get to see them extensively from your lounge room, kitchen, 2 of the 5 bedrooms and of course from your large entertainment deck which has quality outdoor furnishings including a large 8 seater table and cushioned sun lounges. There is a great waterfront swimming pool plus your own jetty.

All of the 5 bedrooms are extremely comfortable with quality beds and mattresses and freshly laundered quality linen. The rooms are decorated with modern tasteful paintings, bedside tables and larger ornaments rather than cluttering it with lots of little ornaments that parents are forever afraid of children breaking. We have designed this house to create a worry and stress free environment for families with children. 2 of the bedrooms have huge walk in wardrobes in case you plan to do a lot of clothes shopping which the Gold Coast is famous for. The master bedroom is absolutely enormous and also has a wall mounted flat screen television.


The master ensuite features a large bath and there is a second bath in another bathroom. In total the house features 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 with ensuite, bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom and bedroom 4 and 5 share another bathroom. All bathrooms are large and equipped with showers (plus 2 of them with baths also) and are presented to you with fresh soft bath towels and hand soap.

The house features an office area with stunning river views so you can keep attending to those work duties that just won't go away :) There is complimentary wireless internet thus no cueing to get online. Simply type the internet password into your laptop, ipad, iphone or other internet device and you are online.

The kitchen is simply amazing. A brand new addition to this already perfect home it features a huge granite bench top and modern appliances to make cooking a real pleasure. It also offers amazing river views. The old saying I enjoy cooking with wine and sometimes I even put it into the food applies here :) The whole house, even the kitchen provides a beautiful relaxed atmosphere!

A large lounge room (again with river views) features a comfortable modern lounge and an enormous wall mounted television with Foxtel (a good variety of channels including kids and sports).

An additional movie room is set up for great movie nights again with comfy lounges and an even bigger wall mounted LCD TV (the kids will be entranced for hours :)

We can also arrange for cots, high chairs, strollers, prams, toys and fold out bed for a child wanting to sleep in parents room at a very small additional charge. Please ask us if you need these.

LOCATION

Surfers Paradise Riverview is centrally located on the Gold Coast in the beautiful suburb of Isle of Capri.

You won't have trouble with noisy neighbours here as you do in with a lot of hotels. Here you can just relax and enjoy a great holiday.

The house is approximately a 10 minute walk into Surfers Paradise.

Isle of Capri has it's own cafe and shops which are just down the road.

The theme parks are not far away - approximately 5 minutes drive to Sea World, 15 mins drive to Dream World and Movie World. If you don't want to drive to these then there are shuttle busses available that will take you there and back.

The largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere is located approximately 3 minutes drive away.
