This lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned home is situated 500 metres from one of Hervey Bay's best dog friendly beaches. Short stroll to the marina.
The house has been equipped with all new furniture, electrical appliances and new T.V.
There are 2 queen size beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area which sleeps up to two adults. All linen is supplied unless otherwise requested.
Each bedroom has ceiling fans, security screens and a combination of curtains and timber blinds on the windows. Both Queen Bedrooms have large size built ins and the main bedroom has a new T.V. and DVD player. The light and airy lounge room is well equipped with a large LCD HD TV with built in DVD player, Wii with games, a sound system with ipod base, a large selection of movies (including childrens) and a good variety of board games for the whole family to enjoy.
The Beach House is situated in the quiet area of Urangan and not too far away from the Hervey Bay Marina.
