Island View is an elevated holiday cottage with water and Green Island glimpses.
The main living area is upstairs with three bedrooms, lounge, dinning, kitchen and bathroom.
Down stairs is the laundry with washing machine, iron etc., down stairs also has a rumpus area with a pool table, lounge and table and chairs.
All rooms are furnished and there is sleeping accommodation for up to seven people.
Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has a double bed with single overhead and bedroom three has single bunk beds.
The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and toilet.
There is a television, DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen is well equipped with eating and cooking equipment.
In the garden there is a gas BBQ., the gardens are fully fenced with lockable gates and the front verandah also has a gate.
We supply doonas, pillows and tea towels plus basic cleaning and bathroom needs.
You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
The property is pet friendly (some conditions apply).
