The private front and rear yards are fully fenced, and secure. Suitable for children of all ages. The rear cottage garden features a covered pergola with a 6 person outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Undercover carport, and secure lock-up parking for cars. Room for at least 10 cars/boats/motorcycles etc. The parking is off street and undercover, as well as a 20x30 lock-up shed for the guests to use. Great if people are touring with a car/motorcycle club etc.
